Our Vision

A society where no one is left behind — where dignity, compassion, and opportunity are for all.

“Service to humanity is the rent we pay for our room on Earth. We are the hands that give dignity to the forgotten, a final farewell to those left alone, and hope to the community in its darkest hours. Our work is a testament to the belief that every life, no matter how quiet its end, deserves respect and remembrance.”

Our Philosophy

At Shatakshi Seva Sansthan, our philosophy rests on the belief that dignity is a universal right — one that extends beyond life into death. Guided by the principle of “Seva Parmo Dharma” (Service is our highest religion), this is not just a motto, but the cornerstone of everything we do.

We step in where society often looks away — with the unclaimed, the vulnerable, and the forgotten. By performing proper last rites for unclaimed bodies, we restore a fundamental piece of humanity. This act of compassion is our truest statement: that every life has value, and every individual, regardless of circumstances, deserves honor and remembrance.

Yet our philosophy goes beyond the final journey. We are equally committed to serving the living — responding to emergencies, feeding the hungry, educating children, and supporting the elderly. From offering free education and meals to extending a helping hand during crises, our goal is to act as a safety net and a source of hope.

For us, service is a continuous act of faith in humanity. It is the belief that through selfless action, we can create a society where every person feels seen, valued, and cared for.

Our Founder

Mr. Naveen Ranjan Srivastava

Born in Manikpur village, Gopalganj, Bihar, Mr. Srivastava grew up witnessing the struggles of rural life. With dreams of joining the IAS, he moved to Prayagraj (Allahabad) for higher studies.

But tragedy struck when he lost his younger brother. In searching for his brother’s body, he came across the heartbreaking sight of unclaimed, decomposed corpses. This traumatic experience, along with guidance from his spiritual mentor, reshaped his destiny. He chose not bureaucracy, but a life of service.

"Service is not a choice, it is my duty. Every life deserves respect, dignity, and remembrance."

— Founder, Shatakshi Seva Sansthan

Personality and Values

Mr. Srivastava’s life is a symbol of compassion, courage, and sacrifice. Even in the toughest circumstances, he remains committed to serving society. His wife, Mrs. Shipli Saxena, his family’s guidance, and society’s trust give him the strength to continue his mission.

✨ He is truly a priest of humanity, dedicating his life to service with selflessness and dignity.

Our Work

Shatakshi Seva Sansthan was not born from a plan, but from pain that transformed into purpose. Our founder, Mr. Naveen Ranjan Srivastava, once dreamed of becoming an IAS officer. But a personal tragedy — the loss of his younger brother and the sight of abandoned bodies left uncared for — changed the course of his life. In that moment, he chose a new path: a life dedicated to serving humanity.

🌱 The Beginning

In 2011, in the soil of Gopalganj, Bihar, Shatakshi Educational and Welfare Trust took root. It was built not only on bricks and paper but also on tears, compassion, and empathy. What started as one man’s resolve soon became a movement.

🌸 And We Continue…

Shatakshi is not just an NGO. It is a promise — that no child will be denied education, no daughter will be silenced, no elder will sleep hungry, and no soul will be left without dignity.

Because for us, true satisfaction is not in name or fame, but in the smile that appears on someone’s face because of you.
